We believe in full transparency — no surprises, no hidden fees, just clear answers and honest conversations.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates which fill up fastest. However, we do occasionally have openings for shorter timelines — reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! We’re based in Dallas but love to travel across Texas and beyond. Travel fees vary by location, and we’ll include all travel costs transparently in your custom quote — no hidden charges. However we offer free travel within Texas for now.
How long until we receive our photos and film?
Your fully edited photo gallery is delivered within 2–8 weeks. Your cinematic wedding film arrives within 2–8 weeks as well. Both are delivered via a private, online gallery accessible forever.
What is your editing style?
Our signature aesthetic is bright, clean, true-to-color with a timeless, film-inspired finish that feels warm, romantic, and never looks dated.. We avoid heavy presets in favor of imagery that looks as beautiful in 30 years as it does today.
How do we secure our date?
Your date is secured with a signed contract and a retainer. The remaining balance is split into 3 with the last payment due on your wedding day. We accept all major credit cards, other payment types and Zelle.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are included in our Photo + Film Bundle and can be added to any package. They’re a wonderful way for us to connect before your wedding day and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera.
